Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Company ships orders via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers as designated). Shipping method options and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout on the Practitioner Portal. Company may change carriers or shipping methods at any time.

2. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping costs are Practitioner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in a current promotion or Company communication.

3. Title and Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for all Products passes to Practitioner upon delivery to the carrier at Company’s warehouse, third-party logistics provider, or fulfillment agent (FOB Origin). Company is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay occurring after delivery to the carrier.

Practitioner is responsible for filing claims with the carrier for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in the order received during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on the Practitioner Portal, but does not guarantee specific ship dates.
  • Company may accept, reject, limit, cancel, or modify any order, and may discontinue, reformulate, or change the availability of any Product at any time without liability.

5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. Delivery times depend on the carrier, shipping method selected, and destination. Company is not liable for carrier delays.

6. Shipping Address

Practitioner is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Company is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by Practitioner. Re-shipment of orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges.

7. International Shipping

Products may not be shipped outside the United States without Company’s prior written consent. Practitioner must not sell or ship Products outside the United States. Orders with international shipping addresses will not be processed.
