1. Accepted Payment Methods
Company accepts the following payment methods through the Practitioner Portal:
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- ACH / electronic bank transfer
- Other methods as made available on the Practitioner Portal
Company may add or discontinue payment methods at any time.
2. Payment Timing
Payment is due in full at the time of order unless Company has agreed to alternative payment terms in writing. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and verified.
3. Failed Payment Procedure
If a payment fails at the time of order:
- Notice. Company will notify Practitioner of the failed payment by email.
- Cure Period. Practitioner has five (5) business days from the date of notice to submit a valid payment.
- Suspension. If payment is not received within the cure period, the order will be cancelled and Practitioner’s account may be suspended until the balance is resolved.
- Collection. Company may pursue collection of all unpaid amounts, including reasonable collection costs, attorneys’ fees, and interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
- Practitioner agrees to contact Company directly to resolve any payment dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a financial institution.
- Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution with Company is considered a breach of this policy.
- Company may suspend Practitioner’s account upon receipt of a chargeback and may require prepayment for future orders.
- Company may recover all fees, costs, and penalties incurred as a result of a chargeback.
5. No Setoff
Practitioner may not withhold payment or offset amounts owed to Company against any claim, counterclaim, or dispute without Company’s prior written consent.
6. Prepayment Requirements
Company may require prepayment or impose modified payment terms for any Practitioner who has:
- A history of failed payments or late payments
- Initiated a chargeback
- An outstanding balance
- Been reinstated after a prior suspension
7. Fraud
Company reserves the right to immediately terminate Practitioner’s account and pursue all available legal remedies if Company determines, in its sole discretion, that Practitioner has engaged in fraudulent payment activity, including but not limited to use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or intentional misrepresentation in connection with payment.
8. Taxes
Practitioner is responsible for all applicable sales, use, and other taxes arising from the purchase and resale of Products. Practitioner must provide a valid resale certificate or exemption certificate upon request. Company does not collect or remit taxes on Practitioner’s behalf for resale transactions.
