Online Sales Policy

1. Overview

This policy governs the sale of Products through Practitioner’s professional website. Online sales require Company’s prior written approval. Selling Products online without approval is a violation of the Practitioner Wholesale Agreement.

2. Website Approval Required

Before listing or selling Products on any website, Practitioner must:

  1. Submit the website URL for review through the Practitioner Portal
  2. Receive written approval from Company
  3. Comply with all requirements in this policy and the Brand Guidelines

Company may approve, deny, or revoke website authorization at any time in its sole discretion.

3. Website Requirements

Approved websites must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Practitioner’s own professional practice website. The site must clearly identify the Practitioner and their practice. Generic retail storefronts, anonymous sites, and white-label storefronts are prohibited.
  • Company-approved Product content only. Practitioner must use only Company-approved Product descriptions, images, and claims. Practitioner may not create, modify, or use unapproved Product content.
  • Practitioner fulfillment only. Practitioner must fulfill orders from its own inventory. Products must ship from Practitioner’s approved location(s).
  • Applicable legal disclaimers. The website must display all required FDA disclaimers, FTC disclosures, and any other disclaimers required by applicable law.
  • Compliance with MAP Policy. All publicly displayed prices must comply with the Minimum Advertised Price Policy.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited on any website or online platform:

Marketplace and Multi-Channel Restrictions

  • Listing Products on any Restricted Marketplace (Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Alibaba, or any other third-party marketplace, auction site, or multi-vendor platform)
  • Using multi-channel listing tools, marketplace integrations, or API syncing to distribute Product listings to any third-party platform
  • Participating in shopping feeds, product comparison engines, or price aggregators (including Google Shopping and Meta Commerce)

Fulfillment Restrictions

  • Third-party fulfillment (including Fulfillment by Amazon or any similar service)
  • Dropshipping of any kind
  • Shipping Products from any location other than Practitioner’s approved location(s)

Storefront Restrictions

  • Anonymous, white-label, or unbranded storefronts
  • Websites that do not clearly identify the Practitioner and their practice
  • Websites that present Products as being sold by any entity other than the Practitioner

Advertising Restrictions

  • Paid advertising featuring Products (including search ads, social media ads, display ads, and sponsored content) without Company’s prior written approval
  • Bidding on Company’s trademarks or brand names in paid search campaigns
  • Any advertising that does not comply with applicable platform advertising policies and health/supplement advertising restrictions

5. Required Disclosures

All approved websites must include:

  • The FDA structure/function claim disclaimer: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”
  • Any additional disclaimers required by Company for specific Products or claims
  • Clear identification of the Practitioner as an authorized independent reseller (not an employee, agent, or representative of Company)
  • Any disclosures required by applicable federal, state, or local law

6. Approval and Revocation

  • Website approval applies to a specific URL. Any change to the website URL requires new approval.
  • Company may conduct periodic reviews of approved websites.
  • Company may revoke website authorization at any time if Practitioner violates this policy, the Wholesale Agreement, the MAP Policy, or the Brand Guidelines, or for any other reason in Company’s sole discretion.
  • Upon revocation, Practitioner must remove all Products and Company branding from the website within ten (10) business days.
