1. Initial Order Minimum
There is no initial order minimum to open an account. Practitioner may place a first order of any size.
Note: Company reserves the right to introduce an initial order minimum at any time upon thirty (30) days’ notice.
2. Ongoing Order Minimums
There is no ongoing minimum order amount or frequency requirement at this time.
Note: Company reserves the right to introduce ongoing order minimums or frequency requirements upon thirty (30) days’ notice.
3. Account Activity
Practitioner accounts with no order activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to:
- A request to confirm continued interest in the Program
- Account deactivation, requiring re-application to restore access
Company will provide notice before deactivating an inactive account.
4. Changes to This Policy
Company may update minimum order requirements upon thirty (30) days’ notice posted on the Practitioner Portal or sent by email. Practitioner’s continued participation after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.
