1. Eligibility Categories
The Practitioner Program is open to qualified professionals in the following categories:
- Licensed Healthcare Practitioners: Medical doctors (MD/DO), naturopathic doctors (ND/NMD), chiropractors (DC), nurse practitioners (NP/APRN), physician assistants (PA), registered dietitians (RD/RDN), licensed nutritionists, pharmacists, and other licensed healthcare providers authorized to recommend dietary supplements in their jurisdiction.
- Certified Wellness Professionals: Certified nutritional therapy practitioners, certified health coaches holding credentials from nationally recognized programs, certified functional medicine practitioners, and other certified professionals as approved by Company.
- Health-Related Businesses: Integrative medicine clinics, functional medicine practices, wellness centers, chiropractic offices, and other health-focused businesses operating with appropriate licensure and insurance.
Company determines eligibility categories in its sole discretion and may update them at any time.
2. Credential Requirements
All applicants must provide:
- Proof of current, valid licensure or certification applicable to their category
- Evidence of a bona fide practice or wellness business (business license, website, or other documentation)
- A valid resale certificate or tax exemption certificate for the state(s) in which Practitioner will sell Products, if applicable
- Proof of insurance meeting the requirements in Section 6 below
Company may request additional documentation to verify eligibility.
3. Application Process
- Submit Application. Complete the Practitioner Application through the Practitioner Portal, including all required documentation.
- Review. Company reviews applications in the order received. Review typically takes 5–10 business days but may take longer if additional information is needed.
- Approval or Denial. Company approves or denies applications in its sole discretion. Company is not required to provide a reason for denial.
- Account Activation. Upon approval, Practitioner receives account credentials and access to the Practitioner Portal.
4. Credential Verification
Company may verify Practitioner’s credentials at any time, including through direct verification with licensing boards, credentialing organizations, or other sources. Company may suspend or terminate Practitioner’s account if credentials cannot be verified or no longer meet eligibility requirements.
5. Duty to Update
Practitioner must notify Company in writing within ten (10) business days of any material change, including but not limited to:
- Changes to licensure or certification status (lapse, suspension, revocation, or restriction)
- Changes to practice location or business address
- Changes to business name, entity structure, or ownership
- Changes to insurance coverage
- Any disciplinary action, investigation, or legal proceeding related to Practitioner’s professional practice
Failure to provide timely notice is grounds for suspension or termination.
6. Insurance Requirements
Practitioner must maintain the following insurance coverage throughout participation in the Program:
- Professional Liability (Malpractice) Insurance: Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
- Commercial General Liability (CGL) Insurance: Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
For non-traditional practitioner categories that do not customarily carry one or both coverage types, Company may approve alternate coverage requirements on a case-by-case basis. Contact Company to discuss alternate requirements before applying.
Company may request proof of insurance at any time. Failure to maintain required coverage is grounds for suspension or termination.
7. Account Security
- Practitioner is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
- Account credentials may not be shared with any other individual or entity.
- Practitioner must not permit unauthorized access to the Practitioner Portal.
- Practitioner is responsible for all activity conducted through its account.
- Practitioner must notify Company immediately of any unauthorized use of its account or any other security breach.
